Location was perfect, between La bastide and La cité
The view was fantastic, especially from the breakfast room on the top floor

“Perfect hotel for a few days in Carcassonne”
The hotel was in the perfect spot just beside the Pont Vieille, and the roof terrace offered an amazing view of the Cité. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff were fabulous and friendly, and the breakfast was really nice. I was staying alone for a few days and the staff were very welcoming, though I would have liked a mini fridge in the room – only a small one was provided.

Die Lage ist super. Im 1. Zimmer überall ein sehr übler Geruch und man gab uns ein anderes Zimmer im 2. Stock. Aber dort am nächsten Morgen im Badezimmer war das selbe Problem durch die Kanalisation

The hotel sits right on the edge of the old town and the Cité Carcassonne, and the staff were very friendly. It’s a modern place with an indoor pool, a restaurant overlooking the Cité, a tidy evening menu, and a good breakfast buffet. You can also rent a parking space in the underground lot.
