The place is close to the metro and stops, has a pleasant and warm atmosphere, the rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious, the service is excellent and always ready to help with any guest need, and I left with a wonderful experience—I recommend it 100%.

The location and the reception staff are pretty good, but the breakfast and housekeeping staff were rude; when you say “good morning” or “thank you” they don’t pay attention and it’s clear they’re unwilling.

I stayed at this hotel and found mold in the bathroom and in the room, and the blanket wasn’t clean. I didn’t notice it at first and booked again, but then cancelled. The staff were friendly, yet the room’s condition was unsanitary. We complained and went out, but when we returned it was still the same. It’s sad because many people dream of visiting Santiago and this could ruin their trip. My experience wasn’t good, but I hope others have better ones. There was mold on the inside and outside of the bathroom door, the bed sheet smelled of mold, and there was no toilet paper. The receptionist didn’t address our complaint.
