Having a convenience store right next door was handy, but we booked four rooms and the first night one had a broken air‑conditioner; staff moved us to another room, yet the second night the unit was still out and one party had to sleep on a floor mat, while the third night the AC finally got fixed, and the hotel’s scented air was overwhelmingly strong.
“Thank you very much. See you on our next visit”
I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere. The heated floors were a lovely touch, and our spacious room was a bonus, especially since it was just a short walk from Gwangan station and a 10-minute stroll to Gwangali Beach. The location was perfect for us, and we enjoyed the convenience of having CU nearby.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms that made us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made a big difference in our experience. However, the underfloor heating did get a bit too warm at times, and the cladding on the windows meant we couldn't enjoy the view outside. Still, the good location and excellent service made up for these minor issues.
“Skvela volba i na delsi pobyt”
The room was nicely equipped, though a hook by the door for a coat would have been useful; the bathtub was a plus and the four pillows on the bed ranged from springy to firmer.
“깔끔하고 좋은 곳”
I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and excellent facilities. The family room was perfect for our needs, with a karaoke room and various other amenities that kept our kids entertained. The location was also convenient, and we appreciated the hotel's welcoming atmosphere.
