The room was good, clean, and came with toiletries in the bathroom. The ocean view was only partial, just from the side balcony. The villa sits pretty high up, so walking up takes effort and isn’t a pleasant stroll, especially since several dogs barked aggressively at us in the evening.

The room was decent, not small, had hot water, and the AC worked. The owner and his uncle were friendly, though not professionals. The rooms were worn out; they couldn’t even wash the windows or dust the surfaces, let alone clean the split system. I’m not asking for a full renovation, but a basic tidy‑up would help. The location is high, so you either walk or hop on a tuk‑tuk, which is common in Une.
