The location was great, high up and quiet. We rented two of the three available rooms, and one had a newly renovated bathroom. The common kitchen, grill, pool, outdoor tables, loungers, and chairs were all there, plus horse riding for a fee. No mosquitoes. The second room we booked didn’t have a private bathroom. The surroundings felt a bit like a small village, somewhat overgrown, and the beds creaked.

It’s a beautiful place, but getting there on foot with heavy gear is tough; it’s far from Zawoja’s center and steep uphill. If you’re looking to unwind, it’s perfect.
