The bed is wide, but there’s no room to move on the other side. The shower and tap valve feel old-fashioned and it’s hard to set the temperature, and the toilet door gets damaged when it closes. The bed isn’t comfortable because the spring isn’t strong enough, giving it a weak feel.

The room was spacious and clean. The unit pass felt a bit narrow.

The tram got us pretty close. The mold smell was awful—my eyes watered, and the mildew odor stuck to my hair and clothes. At the next hotel everything had to be washed. Signing in and getting access was difficult without internet, the reception and staff were unhelpful. Even in the lobby the mold smell hit hard. The hotel was expensive and I can’t believe I trusted the site that listed it—what a shame for Japan!
