The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the location is ideal for walking around Arequipa. The stairs to the reception were a bit of a hassle, but the friendly team helped us out when we left.

The service was very friendly and attentive, finding solutions for everything we asked and giving useful recommendations. The day we were away, they stored our luggage, and on the last day they let us stay in the room longer than booked. Exceptional.
