Very near to the central part of the city. No water and tea available in the room, twin bed in quad room is actually a sofa cum bed with some discomfort. You have to carry your luggage upstairs or downstairs with no lift.

I wouldn’t return; the rooms are cramped and uncomfortable. The bathroom leaks everywhere and is poorly designed—though it’s labeled as private, it’s actually outside and separate.

“Molto da migliorare, staff pro attivo , buon rapporto qualità prezzo .”

The location is near Piazza Registan. However, it’s hard to find because Yandex doesn’t list it, and the address given on Yandex can’t locate it. If you don’t mark the spot as “I parked here” or “flag”, you’ll struggle to find the guesthouse, and breakfast isn’t available.

The guesthouse sits in a great spot, just a few minutes’ walk to the Registan. There’s an air‑conditioner and the staff are very friendly. Check‑in and check‑out went smoothly, and the backyard offers nice seating. The price is very budget‑friendly. The room had no window, which I didn’t realize when booking, so ventilation was poor and the air had a bad smell. It wasn’t very clean overall; the toilet was especially dirty, the flush didn’t work well, and there were small blood stains on the wall near the bed.
