“Even though there were shortcomings but the behaviour Manager Vidya and other staff was very cordial”

The staff were friendly, but the entrance was too narrow and the services felt stretched thin due to limited staff.

The parking was a nightmare, located in a tight alley with a Whirlpool split AC that cut off at midnight; a staff member offered a 500 ml Bailey bottle, soap, and shampoo as the only extras, but the Wi‑Fi kept dropping, and there was no mosquito repellent despite a huge infestation of various mosquito species inside the BNR—an absolutely horrible experience, not recommended.
