The location is truly beautiful, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are cozy.
The place was very quiet, and the staff kindly helped me stay in a good mood.
The weather in the slightly higher area was pleasant and the location was a bit remote, not in the middle of the city. The bathroom itself was not in a clean state, mold had formed in the shower, the hot water smelled unpleasantly like gas, the room offered far less than the pictures showed, the wardrobes were slightly damaged, we never encountered any staff during our entire stay, the breakfast was not available at 7 am, and we hope the hotel operator will address this; we will not book here again.
The balcony offered a fantastic view of the natural habitat, the staff were very pleasant and met all my needs, and the room was clean and nice.

However, the beds were very uncomfortable, the pillows were bizarre, the tax coverage was frightening, the bathrooms had no hygiene products, the wipes were old and excessively rough, the windows lacked blackout curtains so from 5 am at dawn it was impossible to keep sleeping, there was no air conditioning, and everything was very, very old and worn out.
