“Güzel, temiz ama gürültülü”
The premises were clean and new, and it’s considered a walkable central spot. We were given a room at the very end of the corridor. All night there was a machine sound coming from behind the door, like a ventilation or AC cover. The next day we mentioned it and asked for a room change, but nothing was done. Everything else was fine, but sleeping in a room with that noise was awful, it felt like a machine apartment.
“We loved it and will definitely stay the next time we go to Philadelphia.”
The location was great, and the room was really comfortable too. The front desk staff were very nice and super helpful. I was double‑charged, once and again when I checked in late that night. I told them I had already paid and they said they would sort it out and let me know. The next morning, someone stopped me and told me it was all worked out, and it was. I appreciated that I didn’t have to ask and that they followed through so quickly. I wish there were more hooks and places to hang clothes in the bathroom; it was a bit awkward and not easy to get ready.
The spot of the hotel is fantastic. The only issue was the breakfast check‑in process.

The gym was great and the beds were super comfy, and the location was spot on. But there was no coffee in the mornings and the café didn’t open until later, so that was a let‑down. The rooms were clean, though they felt a bit under‑priced. Parking cost a fortune and a Honda Pilot (the standard SUV) was treated as oversized.
