After a two‑hour flight delay, we finally reached the hotel at 1am. The front‑desk lady told us we couldn’t check in because the computer system was down, and no manager was present. She tried to reach the manager who was supposed to be available but couldn’t connect. Eventually a female manager—who was in the hospital—let us know we could only check in at 7am. We’re from PA in TN, have no car, and had to wait six hours. The hotel had no backup plan: no printed guest list, no manual credit card machine. We found another hotel and took an Uber at almost 3am. I emailed the manager requesting a refund for the stay that never happened, but I still haven’t heard back. Beware of this place!

The room was spotless and came with a kitchen; the beds were comfortable and everything else was clean. The laundry facility was well priced and conveniently located. The full‑size refrigerator and freezer made cooking meals much cheaper, and the hotel is close to everything.
