“UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE”
The place was clean, warm, and breakfast was decent, and the location in the middle of town was good. Even though the place was clean and the water hot, we found ourselves in an unpleasant situation. We noticed that there was no lock on any of the doors, so we decided to trust more, especially since the “town” has only a few houses. Someone got into our room at dinner time and stole our stuff. The same happened to the other guests staying there. It was a particularly uncomfortable situation because when you are trekking you never pass by any big city and you cannot buy back any of the missing items. In our case the stolen items were bathroom utilities and (female) underwear, which made us feel particularly unsafe. For the other guests the stolen items were much more expensive (electronics, sight‑glasses, etc). I leave this review not against the owners, who were promptly available to hear us out at 1 in the morning, but rather to inform and prevent any of you from finding yourselves in the same situation. If you decide to come to this homestay, know that the rooms are indeed clean and the heater is often on, but your safety and the safety of your belongings is much more at risk.
