The location was unique. The reception was via a key box and the host was on vacation, so the welcome was delayed. I had requested a king‑size bed and walk‑in shower for my physical limitations, but the request was not acknowledged. The bed measured 1.40 × 1.90 and I endured six horrible nights; the shower cabin had a high entrance and was 0.90 × 0.90, too cramped, and the doors jammed, making it impossible for the person with physical limitations to open them. The toaster and Nespresso machine still had remnants from previous guests, crumbs were in the cutlery drawer and other drawers were not clean. There was only one tea towel for six days and it was never cleaned. The host returned after two days but never met us. The gardener came, so we couldn’t sit outside. Later an apology was sent by email. Departure was via key box.
