I didn't like anything. The place was very dirty, I found a rat on the 10th floor and a bedbug on the restaurant's breakfast plate.

I like the hotel and have stayed many times, but it hasn't improved on some points mentioned below. The room lacks the blanket described, the linens weren't changed, and the apartment wasn't clean. The hotel has no umbrellas or sunshades. It's unsustainable to stay under a scorching sun because the number of shaded chairs and tables doesn't cover the size of the complex.

The pool area is nice. The room lighting is very dark, the number of bathroom towels was insufficient—there were only two for three people, so I had to bring my own. The lamp was full of dead insects, and the TV remote was broken.
