“Recomendable totalmente”

I’d definitely recommend this spot. The enclosure by the lagoon is gorgeous, the room is clean and spacious, and the staff are very friendly. They showed me how to order dinner to be delivered to the hotel because the center is a 30‑minute walk. There are bottled water and a capsule coffee machine, and breakfast can be taken at the neighboring hotel buffet for $150. They lend kayaks for two hours, and if no one is using them you can request another set. On Wednesdays they don’t offer lagoon kayaking or boat trips, so keep that in mind. It’s all great; it would be even better if they offered snorkeling gear so we wouldn’t have to bring our own for a few days, or if they had bikes to rent or loan for a quick 10‑minute trip to the center—just a suggestion that could earn them more points.

The lake access and location are excellent. The bed squeaked and the footsteps from the room above were audible, and there was no coat rack to hang our bags.

Not much to say. The view over the cenote and lagoon is nice, but that’s all. The family accommodation was a straight‑forward ripoff. Nothing cozy, it was dirty, many things were broken, and there was no interest in fixing anything. Very disappointing! If you’re looking for a place to relax, this is definitely not suitable.

“Días de relajación estupendos”

The service was very friendly and we were well attended. The room was very comfortable and pretty; the one we got was good, though there was a better one that was already booked. We really liked it. It was very quiet and the common areas were beautiful, so we’ll definitely come back. The only downside was that the room we wanted was occupied, but the one we booked was also one of the best, so we were still pleased.
