White City Resort Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

I liked the very cozy room and the animation was nice; my daughters had a great time in a clean hotel, and we stayed a short time—next time we might stay longer. Thank you for everything. The location in Alanya meant some places were a bit far, but that wasn’t a big problem for us.

“Bon hotel et délicieux”

We’re used to staying in 5‑star all‑inclusive resorts and this one offered the best food of all the hotels we’ve visited – the menu isn’t huge but everything we tried, especially the keskek, bamya and dolma, was delicious, so a big thank‑you to the chefs. The staff were genuinely smiling and welcoming, apart from the lady who serves the borek; the hotel was tidy and the beds comfortable, and the cleaning lady on the 5th floor was especially kind and cheerful. Still, we wish there were more servers by the pool and especially on the beach, because we had to fetch our own drinks and snacks, which is tricky with kids. A bathroom and snack bar on the sandy beach would be nice, and a couple of mini‑slides or water jets in the kiddie pool would improve things. Finally, don’t expect a massive property – it’s not huge, but the space is used wisely.

Starbucks coffee, African show on Friday, Foam Party on Mondays, White Party on Wednesdays, live music in the lounge on the street, and family rooms (connection rooms) with two bathrooms (!).
