“Room is ok but restaurant and room service required”
There was no breakfast or restaurant service, so I had to find a place to eat elsewhere.
The room was clean, but the TV kept glitching and the food selection was limited.
“For any foreigners travelling here - beware of their definition of a 24 hour check in!”
The location was good and the sofa and bed were comfortable, yet the overall cleanliness was poor—towels and bath mats were stained, the floor was dirty, and the room wasn’t regularly cleaned. We were told the hotel offered 24‑hour check‑in, but that actually meant a 24‑hour check‑in/check‑out cycle, not a 12 pm checkout as advertised; this was not disclosed. Other guests on our floor were noisy and rude, and when I called reception for help no one answered after several attempts. I had to leave my room at 2 am to find security, which felt unsafe for a solo female traveler.
The price was reasonable, but the rooms were infested with cockroaches, there was no mini‑fridge, no hot water, and two guests only received one towel.
