The staff were very friendly (if they were even there!) and the location was great with a huge parking lot. But there was no breakfast. The room was quite shabby: the curtain was broken, the faux leather on the chairs was ripped, the same was true for the headboard of the bed, the carpet was ugly with stains, the towels were thin, the shower was extremely cramped, and even the mini toilet brush had seen better days! I spent the last two nights alone in that big house, had to lock and unlock the front door myself, and there was no outside light. A motion sensor would have been great.

The location by the lake is nice. I was overall very dissatisfied with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived there was no staff on site. I had to hand over the key myself in the mailbox, and the only person who handed it to me spoke no German, so no communication or follow‑up was possible. Even though a breakfast was promised at booking, there was none. Instead I was simply directed to a nearby bakery – that was not what was promised. The room was in a very bad state: dusty, full of cobwebs, the pillow was partially moldy, and the bed and chairs were damaged – the leather was torn. The curtains hung half down, and the bathroom was extremely cramped with a tiny sink. I tried to voice my complaints on site, but the responsible person did not understand German, so there was no response or accommodation. Moreover, the whole house was extremely noisy – you could hear every conversation, every step, and every door in the hallway, making restful sleep almost impossible. The place itself was very beautiful, but during our stay all nearby restaurants were closed, so we found nothing for dinner. Overall a very disappointing stay that did not match the expectations or the description in any way. I would definitely not recommend this accommodation.
