Sam and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The shower was small, the rooms were basic as we knew from the booking, and walking from the railway station was hard with luggage.

The staff were incredibly friendly and answered right away even though I booked late, and the place was very quiet and comfortable.

The location and cleanliness were great, but the room and bathroom were a bit small.

The staff were very polite and helpful, the room was spotless, and the location was safe and within walking distance of the metro station and mall; my family and I really liked it and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. There was nothing we didn't like.
