Near the fountain square. The hotel overall feels spacious, and the common areas are comfortable. I stayed just one night, but the kitchen is well equipped and seems suitable for long stays. Arriving from Tbilisi on the Marshroute K requires taking a bus, but one line gets you to the fountain square. The owner Davit is kind and helps via chat. The cat in the garden is incredibly cute. No particular issues.

המקום מאוד בייתי ונעים, המרפסת והמטבח מאוד נעימים, המיטה נוחה. והצוות מקסים. בערב שבו התארחנו בעלי המקום השיקו חדר יין עם יין ביתי שהיה מאוד טעים וממש כיף לשבת שם. ובעיקר מה שהיה נעים זה השיח מול בעלי המקום שהיו זמינים ונעימים מאוד. החדר מאוד קטן אז היה טיפה צפוף, הדלת אינה אטומה ולפעמים שמענו מה שקורה במסדרון

The location is excellent, just 5 minutes from the center on a quiet street. The entire hotel is modern with great renovations. There is a terrace and a common kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. In the courtyard there is a gazebo and grapevines grow. The room also has excellent renovations, a TV, air conditioning, towels, a hair dryer, a kettle and cups. Thick curtains are also a plus, since we had 3 windows in the room, which is especially convenient. The bed is large, comfortable, and the bedding is clean. The owner is very responsive and recommended excellent restaurants and cafés. If there are loud neighbors, they are somewhat audible in the room.
