The reception staff were professional, and the room was huge with a spacious bathroom. However, the cleaning ladies were noisy in the morning, and the check‑in timeline was unclear: the booking said 13:30, but the hotel communicated 15:00.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience: bed bugs were in the room and I had many bites all over my body. The hotel promptly offered to change my room.

The price didn’t match the room offered, and breakfast was embarrassing: at 07:40 the buffet was completely empty. I bought a jam croissant that was inedible, the yogurts were gone, and the only juice pitcher was finished.
