Breakfast was great, the room was super clean and had everything needed for a comfy stay. The main road was noisy, but it quieted down at night.

We had a wonderful stay with Massimiliano! The home was absolutely beautiful, and the property matched that charm, all in the perfect location in Santa Marinella. The breakfast was lavish and delicious, making our mornings extra special. One highlight was meeting the family dog, Petunia, the cutest little sweetheart! 🐶❤️ We’d happily stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! 🇮🇹✨

“Rest in comfort, enjoy the town, and relax with a great ambience surrounding you.”

The host was very accommodating and met our needs. He’s a lovely gentleman and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The room matched the pictures, and the balcony and outdoor seating were better than shown. We had privacy, comfort, and all essentials. It was a wonderful visit.
