I made a reservation and paid immediately (non‑refundable) through the Bokking app; upon arrival I was told there was no room available (which was false) and that I would have to find another place; all of this because the app’s price was too low for the establishment and they wanted to charge me more during the Indonesian holiday period.

The location and safety are good, and the room is tidy, but no bath towel or blankets were provided.

What a negative surprise! They do not accept unmarried couples and this was nowhere mentioned on Booking; while I can accept that, they promised a refund which they never honored; I think this rating applies to both the property and Booking.
