The location is excellent, and the customer service, bed, sheets, and towels are top quality. I just wanted to note that it was advertised as a suite, but it turned out to be a standard room without extra space like a sofa.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, with everything being absolutely excellent. The staff, the facilities, and the overall atmosphere were all top-notch.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the hotel, but unfortunately, the room was extremely cramped, making it very uncomfortable to move around. The infrastructure of the room wasn't suitable for the space, and it was difficult to navigate due to the limited room size.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was marred by a series of issues. Despite being told it was located right in front of the La Merced park, we found it to be a 20-minute drive away from Antigua. When we finally arrived, the hotel was closed, and we were charged the full price for a service we never used. It's clear that the hotel is not being truthful about its location, and I would advise potential guests to exercise caution.

Unfortunately, my stay was a nightmare due to the tiny bedroom that was overpriced, and the constant noise from the nearby church, birds, and other guests, which the doors failed to block out. To make matters worse, the breakfast options were limited, and it took a long time to arrive. The location near the church was also a major issue.
