It’s in a perfect central spot, great for restaurants and bars. The staff were professional and friendly, the bed was ultra comfortable with clean sheets, and the air‑conditioning was quiet. The room felt dark and dingy; the walls could use a good clean or a makeover, and it was bare—no mirror or bedside lamps. I expected a few extras at this price, but there were no tea, coffee, or toothbrushes, only large dispensers of shower gel and shampoo.

The place is in a great spot, but there was no hot water or A/C, and when I told the front desk they did nothing about it.

The location is excellent, right behind Freedom Square, and our room was always clean while the staff were friendly, but it would be nice to have a card‑access system at the main entrance; we had to rely on the receptionist to open the door each time, which was inconvenient, especially late at night.
