“Very very rude hotel worker”

The beds and shower room were nice, but that's about where the positives end. I had a really traumatic experience here, thanks to a colleague who was completely unprofessional and aggressive - I'm still fuming about it. The police even got involved, and we were threatened with a €400 charge for a faulty lock that we didn't break. We did get a refund, but it's hard to put a price on the stress and anxiety we went through.

We didn't really get anything out of our stay, to be honest. The sheets were dirty, the toilet was broken, and we had to flush it by hand. The toilet seat was also too small, and the whole place was just dirty. The electrical panel was open, which didn't seem safe. It wasn't expensive, but if we'd known what to expect, we wouldn't have booked it.

The windows in one of the rooms couldn’t be closed, and the heating in all rooms failed to work, which was unbearable for guests, especially since the outside temperature was almost below freezing.

“Leuk nacht gehad in Keulen, de locatie was netjes maar ver weg en eenzaam gelegen.”

The rooms were clean and the beds were fine, but the hotel was far from everything. Normally the metro would be nearby, yet it required a long walk through a deserted industrial area.
