The hotel is opulent, the staff and amenities are incredible, and this was the best stay we’ve ever had – we’re already looking forward to next year. The only downside was the departure process.

The style and vibe are romantic, and the bar stays open late. The spot in the heart of the Left Bank, close to the river and right‑bank sights, is ideal. The breakfast is outstanding, the bathroom is well equipped, and the service is excellent. However, a 5‑star hotel should have a smart TV – international guests just want to use their apps. Noise from a construction site across the street was a nuisance, and I might have upgraded if I’d known about it.

A stunning hotel with 19th‑century charm, and the staff were truly exceptional. The location is ideal for central Paris, making it a refreshing alternative to the typical “indentikit” hotels. No complaints.
