The hotel sits in a great central spot, and the staff were easy to reach and helpful, especially when they let us stay past the usual checkout time. The air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable. However, the room wasn’t cleaned properly; we found old rubbish, an empty wrapper, and the bathroom had a bad odor. Tall guests might struggle with the low ceiling in the bathroom.

We stayed in this room in Palermo from the night of April 11 to April 12, 2026, and it was truly wonderful. The room was very nice, well furnished, and especially spotless. The spot is perfect, right in the heart of the city, just a stone’s throw from the Cathedral, so walking around Palermo was a breeze. A special thanks to the owner, who was incredibly kind and helpful: since we had no bookings the next day, she let us leave our luggage at the hotel until our flight, letting us enjoy the last day in town without worries. Highly recommended!
