Everything was great—location, pool, rooms, staff, new showers and bathrooms, large fridges, plenty of hanging closet space, all excellent, and the spot makes it easy to reach everywhere.

Charlene was wonderful—such a beautiful spirit! The place was clean and the location excellent, and I enjoyed the pool, though it was very expensive, which I guess is the going rate in this area.

My recent stay at this retreat was truly exceptional, thanks to the kindness and accommodating nature of the hosts. The peaceful atmosphere and perfect location made it one of the best getaways I've ever had. The room was stocked with a wide range of amenities, including refreshments and snacks, and the shower and beds were divine. What really made this place stand out, however, was the warm welcome and hospitality of the hosts, who went above and beyond to make me feel at home.

I'm extremely disappointed with my stay here, which was marred by unexpected and unauthorized charges. Initially, I thought the $49 extra person fee was reasonable, but when my wife asked to waive it, the staff agreed. However, our credit card was charged twice for the same amount without our consent. To make matters worse, the promised refund has been delayed for over a month, and the staff member who initially agreed to the waiver is no longer responding to our calls.
