We chose this hotel as a starting point to explore Upper Hungary. We only slept there for one night. The staff were friendly, the breakfasts were excellent, and parking in front of the hotel was hassle‑free. The hotel has one star and the amenities match that rating, but for one night it was entirely sufficient. We had an issue with very hard mattresses and a missing fan in the bathroom.

We liked the champagne at the hotel and found it cozy and clean; there was nothing we didn’t like.
The exterior of the accommodation looked more like a hostel at first glance, which might be a bit off‑putting. Inside, the rooms and common areas were pretty, clean, and it was clear the place had been renovated. The interior was pleasant and cozy overall. We were satisfied and pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was offered in a Swedish‑style buffet with a varied selection that everyone could enjoy. The property also has its own restaurant, which we didn’t try during our stay. The room had a fridge and a kettle. The building’s exterior still looked more like a hostel, and the mattress was too firm for me, so the sleep wasn’t entirely comfortable, but that’s a matter of personal preference.
