The location and staff friendliness were good, but showering in a bathtub isn’t comfortable, especially in such an expensive room. The description says there’s a wellness area, which is true, but you can only use it if you book a La Mer treatment; otherwise, even for a fee, you’re not allowed to use it…that’s really odd!

The location is good. Breakfast was bad, and room service was also unsatisfactory. I asked for water several times and received no response or help. I hope the hotel improves these services in the future.
