The place is great and the room is clean and cozy, with all the essentials like coffee, tea, sugar, and other small touches; we had a wonderful stay and were very happy with our experience, and there were no complaints at all.

“Preisleistungsverhältnis war angemessen. Das Frühstück war gut. Hat alles was es braucht. Für eine kurzen Aufenthalt kan”

The location is good, close to the old town and the shopping centre, but everything feels a bit dated and could use an update, especially the room furnishings, bed mattress, and the carpet.

“Zdecydowanie polecam ten nocleg”

There were plenty of towels, a TV with YouTube, a fridge, kettle, coffee and tea in the room, and the location was perfect in the city centre next to restaurants and shops, and the staff were very friendly, but we definitely received too little paper at the start of our stay given we were three people for four nights, the breakfasts were very modest, and the bed was only moderately comfortable.

Очень понравился Hotel Bern в Таллине. Хорошее расположение, уютно, чисто, персонал приветливый и внимательный. Особенно хочу отметить Марка на ресепшене. Он очень приятный человек — всегда улыбался, внимательно относился к нашим просьбам и действительно старался помочь. Благодаря ему с самого начала было очень комфортно и приятно. Хочется, чтобы руководство обязательно обратило внимание на Марка. Видно, что он любит свою работу и хорошо относится к гостям. Таких сотрудников точно стоит поощрять и отмечать отдельно. Спасибо, Марк, за такое хорошее отношение! Именно благодаря таким людям остаются приятные впечатления от отеля. С удовольствием остановимся здесь ещё раз. ❤️
