The bathroom had too many unnecessary signs, yet the room door had no sticker indicating which way to open; even guests who had already checked into other rooms couldn't open it and had to wait for staff, so a single sticker would have solved it.

The room was clean, but the check‑in process was confusing and the key for the room was difficult to use.

The fourth family room on the third‑floor loft was spacious and comfortable, and we shared a toilet and bathroom with other guests.

The hostel had convenient access to a konbini, restaurants, a bus stop and a train station, and on clear days Mt. Fuji could be seen from certain rooms or from in front of the hostel; however, there was no bike parking.
