Sebahattin, Metehan, and Onur were terrific. They made us feel like we had a second home in Istanbul. They found us a terrific guide and even went out of their way to find me a cord to charge my Apple Watch. My wife and I have traveled all over the world and we have never gotten better service at any hotel ever. Every staff member was outstanding and the style of the hotel is beautiful. It reminded us of how we felt years ago walking into a hotel designed by Philip Stark. Nothing was lacking. Every detail was perfect. The breakfasts were great. The restaurant on top of the building served excellent food and had a great view, especially of the Blue Mosque.

A true gem in the heart of Istanbul, Komana is a stunning hotel built on a historic site where the charm of the old meets refined contemporary luxury. It is one of the best Small Luxury Hotels we have visited. Everything is remarkable: the bedding, the room, the marble shower, the high‑end tech equipment, and the welcome products of excellent quality. The breakfast is delicious and the restaurant offers refined cuisine with an absolutely breathtaking view of Istanbul. For us, it is simply one of the most beautiful views in the city. The location is also exceptional, in a chic and commercial district just a few steps from Hagia Sophia. Despite its central position, the hotel maintains an elegant and very calm atmosphere: total rest after my hair transplant! What truly makes this place unique is its staff. The entire team is caring, professional, and very kind. A huge thank you to Seba, who welcomed us wonderfully and took great care throughout our stay. His professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness greatly contributed to making our experience unforgettable. Thank you also to Ilhan for his infectious cheerfulness, to Askin for his attentive breakfast welcome, and to the whole team, which was fantastic. Excellent value for money. In our eyes, Komana is one of the best hotels in Istanbul. A luxurious and exceptional address that we recommend without hesitation and will gladly return to. Leaving was sad.
