I’ve stayed at the Langham three times now, and each time the room stays spotless while the breakfast remains delicious. The housekeeping team goes the extra mile—tucking our cords neatly with pink velcro and leaving a pink eyeglass cleaning cloth beside our glasses on the nightstand. I keep coming back because they consistently deliver great customer service and impeccable cleanliness. Unlike many Chinese hotels, there’s no cigarette smell here; instead, the lobby carries a faint floral fragrance. I’ll keep booking the Langham for all future stays.

It deserves to be a five stars hotel. We are 2 adults and an 8 years old kid. However never provide us adequate towels, no shower caps provided. The kid robe was given only for the first night. No attention on details
