“Excelente hotel”
The hotel is excellent; I stayed two days there in Chiang Rai, having previously spent weeks in a Bangkok branch, and the quality is flawless everywhere. Even in the smaller city, the facilities, cleanliness, amenities, and staff courtesy match the network’s high standards. They always leave two water bottles in the room (wish that were standard in Brazil), provide free coffee and espresso at reception in the morning, the building is new and well maintained, the bathroom is spotless with a great shower, clean towels and linens, and the staff are very kind. The location is good, with restaurants nearby, a well-stocked 7‑11, pharmacy, shops, and close to the Chiang Rai night bazaar. Nothing to complain about; the hotel surpasses expectations.
