Even though we didn’t have much interaction with Matt & Evelyn, they seemed like very nice people who care about their guests, and their communication throughout was excellent. Their property is very spacious and very clean. Plenty of onsite parking, no matter what time you arrive. The location is just a few minutes from town, so you will need a car. Would definitely stay here again. The check‑in time is confusing. The website says 5:00 p‑10:00 p, so we planned our day accordingly. However, we received a message from the property stating that check‑in was 5:00 p‑7:30 p and to let them know if we would be arriving after that time. ??? Also, the owners should invest in real towels and get rid of the cheap, paper‑thin towels that they provide.

The camera was clean, the shower was comfortable. It was definitely too expensive considering it’s defined as a “bed and breakfast,” but breakfast was not included in the price; I had to pay for it separately, and for the price paid and the location far from the city, the total was too expensive for me. Also, the water in the room was not potable and every time I had to ask the owner to fill my bottles.

A very beautiful house located in a small English park, furnished in old‑English style, extremely fine and well kept. The tables in the breakfast room were nicely set, and the silver napkin rings added a touch of elegance. The continental breakfast was perfect. The house owner was very friendly and likable, while the house owner was only seen working in the kitchen. Everything was great! The only downside was the heavy luggage that had to be hauled up the stairs, which is tiring, but with such a historic building it’s probably unavoidable.

A structure in the middle of greenery, 7 minutes by car from Killarney’s centre; clean and welcoming; comfortable beds; spacious rooms; great view of the large garden; barbecue and tables available for guests.
