The atmosphere is super beautiful, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the service is really good.

Everything was wonderful at this hotel! First of all, the staff – Anita and Nikki are always positive, smiling, and ready to help. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a small balcony that was nice. The shower had good water pressure. Rooms were cleaned daily and the staff refilled the bottles with sparkling water. Breakfast was very tasty and offered a good variety; eggs were made to order – scrambled with bacon, omelet, or whatever you liked. Umbrellas were provided for use during the stay (genius!). The elevator is also a big plus! The location is super: central enough to do star‑like sightseeing in the surroundings, with every point of interest a maximum of 1 hour drive away, most within 20‑40 minutes. Plenty of free parking in front of the hotel. A nice local restaurant is a few minutes away on foot. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Everything was wonderful, but we have two suggestions for improvement: 1. Summers are getting very hot, and if there’s no air conditioning in the rooms, at least windows should be openable – nets against insects would be very helpful! A ceiling fan would also be great! 2. It seems uncommon in Austria for rooms to have a coffee machine and a kettle for tea. Since most of the world supplies every room with those, adding them would make the stay just perfect.
