“Sad reality”

The cleaning staff were very nice. The photos shown at booking and what I saw at check‑in were completely different; the room didn’t have the same cozy appearance and it was clear it wasn’t the same room. Moreover, the hotel had ongoing renovation works, and I guess I was the only one staying there with no one around at night if I needed assistance. I would prefer that the hotel not take customers during renovations because it penalises customers a lot in terms of facilities and also creates a noisy environment.

The location was clean and tidy, the staff were amazing.

The staff were friendly, but the shower water was cold and toilet hygiene was lacking.

The hotel was convenient, with elevators available, but the entrance and exit were confusing and hard to navigate.

The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean, yet the pillows were too large and hard, and the air conditioning unit blew directly at the bed, could not be redirected because it was broken; it was also a bit far from the city center.
