The accommodation was clean. 1. My room had a ceiling leak while it was raining. 2. The shower had no hot water. 3. The TV received no signal at all. 4. A bug scratched the ceiling all night, so I couldn’t sleep well. When we reported these issues, the receptionist didn’t show much concern. Two hours later, another staff member who had taken her place arranged a new room for me.

Overall it was very good, but we were surprised by the location. The ad made it seem like we would be on Alameda, yet the actual spot is farther away and you need a car to get around. So the location wasn’t exactly as described. Aside from that, we had a great experience.

Nicole was very kind and we were warmly welcomed. There was no pool, the place seemed a bit under‑frequented, and everything felt a little old.
