The hotel was completely empty and looked like a ghost town; no services were available because it wasn’t operating.

I had a reservation confirmed a week before my trip to Mosiness, and a text a week prior said the hotel was ready for me. When we arrived at 4:30 pm on Friday of Memorial Weekend, the hotel was locked, under construction, and there was no one to answer questions.

Hotel is not even open. Still it’s on multiple websites including booking. Com. I booked it and when I went it’s deserted/ closed. Called the number listed on my booking and I get answering machine. What a crook hotel owner. Now I am trying to get my money back
