The pool was temperature controlled, but it was advertised as 5 stars while it was actually 3 stars—no gym and the staff was very stiff. Knowing it was our anniversary, they did nothing special.

The staff were welcoming and the room was excellent; my father’s needs were handled very well. No complaints to add.

1. Clean 2. Luxurious 3. Pool 4. Service especially room dinning and breakfast. Mr Anil is very attentive and good. 1. Only one key card per room (penthouse) for 4 people 2. Poor WiFi 3. Outdated music in bar with no option to change

We had a fantastic time at the pool area; our child loved it and they encouraged us to book again. They initially mentioned a 2500 rs extra fee for my 7‑year‑old girl, but I refused to pay, and they ultimately didn’t charge anything.

The value for money was solid, with a package that included complimentary breakfast, high tea, and nicely decorated rooms. The breakfast food, however, could use a taste improvement.
