We had an amazing stay and the service was truly impressive; every staff member was kind, polite, welcoming and efficient, showing clear thought in making guests comfortable. Whenever we needed anything, someone was ready to help. The new WhatsApp guest service was a fantastic convenience, letting us message directly for any request. We asked the team to check our room while we were out because we’d left something behind, and they gladly assisted, proving how trustworthy and accommodating they are. A special highlight was the team remembering my birthday; they arranged a surprise cake in the restaurant, a thoughtful personal touch that made the day special. These details demonstrate the staff’s attention to guests. Dilmini welcomed us warmly and was incredibly kind from the start, while Tharandi from Guest Services was exceptionally attentive throughout. As British guests, we appreciated the effort to communicate in English and the inclusive atmosphere. The team’s friendliness and warmth stood out. We also liked the little gestures, like takeaway coffees for our long journey when we left, which summed up the care we felt. The spa was excellent, booking was straightforward, the staff welcoming, and the environment very relaxing—exactly what we needed after a long trip. We enjoyed our stay so much that we would definitely return.
