The sea view and nice beach were great, the reception had a large beautiful terrace, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, construction workers started at 7 am next to the bungalow and a neighboring site ran a concrete mixer all day—unacceptable for the price. The breakfast had very limited food and drink options, only a small fruit plate. About 50–100 long‑tail boats lay on the beach, so there was no space left for swimming. Those boats began to move with a very loud motor from 4 am and operated all day, ruining the beach vibe entirely.

The location is fine, but the room was really bad. We had a lot of bedbugs inside and around the room, and there were big gaps in the door and ceiling letting insects in. The room smelled musty and damp and felt clammy. Cleaning never happened during our stay, so we had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. The bed was very hard, awkwardly against the wall, and the pillow was very firm. The mosquito net had several holes. Unfortunately, the location has potential, but based on our experience we would not stay again.
