Very pleasant stay, everything was fine. The hotel was clean and well‑maintained, and its location is great with everything close by. A big plus was the friendly and helpful reception staff.

Central location, clean room and bathroom, new furniture, quiet and discreet. At check‑in they asked for my credit card number for “possible incidents” and the lady also copied the back of my card. That alarmed me, so I decided to block my card beforehand.

The staff. It was impossible to sleep because there is a bar under the room where parties happen at night. I would have wanted to know that before booking. On the first night we were moved to a very bad, old, tiny room for an extra fee, the only plus was that it was at least quiet. Those few stars are only for the helpful staff.

Beautiful room on Via Nazionale in a lovely old palazzo. Comfortable bed, good shower, good soundproofing, and great air conditioning! The only issue was locating the place; it doesn’t say “The 4 Rooms” on the building’s exterior, but it’s run by the same people as Hotel Cortina, so if you can’t get in, just buzz them. That was such a minor detail. The room and the staff were lovely and we would 100% stay again!
