The reception staff were great, but the breakfast left a lot to be desired: the kitchen crew and waiters seemed to be eating alongside the hotel guests, and the schedule for breakfast, lunch, or a break was confusing. Because the restaurant serves not only breakfast but also street visitors, dishes from previous days—tomatoes mixed with grass, wilted salads—were on the table, and the staff themselves ate. I asked for juice, but the empty glass was replaced with a three‑liter plastic bucket of mayonnaise from under the coffee machine. They poured dried‑fruit compote into a dirty glass, and for dessert I got raisins and dried figs that were hard and unpleasant. The table setup was not ideal, and I had to wait 30 minutes for the juice after the breakfast ended. It’s just a buffet, not a Michelin‑level restaurant, yet the hotel claims 4 *, and I stayed at “Renion Park,” which should have a better breakfast. The staff were unhelpful, there were no seats, and the location was required. There’s no big variety in the food, but from 7 to 10 am the staff could focus on their duties: serve clean dishes, clear tables, replenish food and drinks, keep the coffee machine running, and avoid pouring compote from a plastic bucket into a dirty glass for guests. I’m disappointed.
