“Very unhappy with our stay wouldn’t stay there again”

The location was good, but the elevators were in bad shape; they worked when we checked in on the 8th floor but broke again in the morning at checkout, forcing us to lug our luggage down eight floors.

We stayed here in Lethbridge with five families during a holiday and the experience was very disappointing: rooms weren't cleaned daily—housekeeping only came every three days to change sheets and take out trash—so we had to request fresh towels each day and often had to go to reception to pick them up. The bathroom door would lock itself, so we had to call the hotel and wait for someone to fix it. Carpets were visibly dirty and needed better cleaning. We asked that all five rooms be on the same floor because we were traveling as a group, but they were spread across different floors, which was inconvenient. Only one elevator worked during our stay, causing long waits, especially for a large group. On several occasions, our room access cards stopped working and we had to return to reception to get them reactivated. The surrounding area didn't feel safe or family‑friendly, which added to our worries traveling with children. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the hotel for families or larger groups.
