The room was nice and the location convenient. On the ground floor of the same building, there’s an excellent Japanese‑style café where I had morning coffee and a light breakfast.

“Excellentsejour a Yokohama”

The hotel is perfectly located at Yokohama Station, and the Royal Host restaurant is also great for breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathroom/shower is excellent. However, the elevators are slow in the morning, causing long waits when we’re on the upper floors trying to reach the lobby or the restaurant, especially since many guests have to pass through the lobby to check out.

“Convenient location , reliant on one’s own management”

The place sits right next to the station and the price for a single night was fair. The room was cramped, offering almost no space to walk around or put bags down, and we had to handle check‑in and check‑out ourselves on the computer screens, then grab toiletries from a table near the reception area.

“No problems, excellent location, modern facilities.”

The location is excellent, the staff are friendly and speak English well, and the value for money is outstanding.
