I was handed freshly baked bread, but a fly buzzed around while I ate, and the room was at the far end, so far from the elevator that the staff didn’t notice my companion’s mobility issue when I requested a different room.

“高い料金で期待した旅行であったが、残念でした。”

Everyone in my family agreed the location was great, but the photos made the facility look pristine while it actually felt a bit old and had spots of grime; the “Oedo Onsen” gave the impression of multiple baths, yet it was simple, and even though we stayed several nights, the meals stayed the same, which was a bit disappointing.

The staff were very helpful, but I wish there had been more variety in the food.

The whole hotel impressed me – the atmosphere, the view, the staff’s service, the buffet and the on‑site hot springs were all fantastic, with nothing at all to complain about.

“お得に　泊まれて良かったです”

I could drink alcohol in the lobby, which was a nice perk, and the view was good. I wish the bath’s changing room had some lotion available.
